Nearoom uses your location to provide features such as creating and finding nearby rooms. You are solely responsible for the content you share. Nearoom is not liable for user-generated content or interactions with other users.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Nearoom application, including logos, features, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of Nearoom.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nearoom is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the app will be secure, reliable, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nearoom shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use or inability to use the app, including user content or third-party actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nearoom after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
